I was almost certain it had to be a mistake, and not the result of some strange licensing issue. It would have been a problem if it hadn't, since my BD player can't play region A and Funimation almost never make their releases region free. So I wouldn't have been able to just go with the US version instead.

You're right, I didn't notice this when I uploaded the cover. I just asked Manga Entertainment UK via Twitter about which version will be included.
I assume this must be a mistake, since the BluRay edition should be 1.11 and not 1.01. Presumably it's a photoshop job, and whoever did it just copied the DVD cover, and made a mistake with the number.
Can anyone confirm the UK version is 1.11?
