The Japanese sources list Shochiku Home Video (SHV) (www.shochiku.co.jp/index.html) as the releasing studio for this one, and the product code is SHBR-3, so I think Wint is not the right studio. SHV released many HD DVDs earlier on but now they've started releasing on BD.

There seems to be some Wint Corporation in Happinet Group but they seem to release mainly music.
