This was way better than expected historical fantasy epic from Thailand. I would guess that this was probably the most expensive Thai film ever. The historic costumes are sumptuous and martial arts scenes and underwater effects were well choreographed and shot. The PQ is real high def and excellent unlike all the other cheap Taiwan Blu-rays from BitWel/ShengChi that I got along with this. The audio sounds somewhat muffled at times but surrounds are very active and match the visual panorama very well. Very highly recommended.:itsnice:

I just received this disc from JSDVD the other day and took a quick look at it. Here are the specs:

Subtitles: Traditional Chinese/Simplified Chinese/English - English subs are generally very good.

Video is good - I don't have anything to compare it to, but for the price I paid I am very pleased with this disc.
