I've never heard of this movie before, but I needed a filler for my last JSDVD order and this was cheap ~$11. The movie is a light hearted comedy/drama about motorcycle racer who gets busted and ends up working for his father's friend in a Japanese noodle restaurant. He finds an old beat up Honda Super Cub scooter and restores it and ends up being a super fast delivery boy. His friend and former competitor is mixed up in a motorcycle theft ring. Our hero and his souped up Super Cub needs to come to save the day. The movie is okay at best and motorcycle racing scenes are uninspiring. It's Fast and the Furious Tokyo Drift level of story without the million dollar stunts and CGI cars/motorcycles.
This Taiwan release from BitWel is also a DVD upconvert, but pretty good one with only minor combing artifacts here and there. It's pretty difficult to recommend this title, but if you have to see this movie with or without English subtitles, this may be the cheapest legal product in the world.
