As commented excellent disc. Sound was fine on my copy not out of synch at all, but i did listen to the Dolby Digital 5.1 and not the LPCM.

Region free is confirmed.

I've sampled a few chapters. Here's what I can tell you guys so far:
-The disc will play on my region B Panasonic player.
-Menus are in english and chinese. There are english subtitles, a 5.1 Dolby korean track and a 5.1 LPCM korean track.
-Picture quality is excellent. Definitely not an upscale on this one. There is some minor edge enhancement present, but nowhere near as much as on the korean DVD.
-Sound quality is decent, BUT... both soundtracks are out of sync by a huge margin (almost 0.2 seconds). If you're planning on buying this disc, make sure that:
A. Your amplifier has an audio delay function.
or
B. You are totally insensitive to audio sync issues.
-Subtitles are okay for the most part (copied from the korean DVD, it seems), BUT... they are perfectly synced to the soundtrack (which is out of sync).
So even if you fix the sound, the subtitles will always appear long before the characters speak.

If you don't care about the sound and the subtitles, this is a good upgrade.
Otherwise, you're better off waiting for a better release.

it sounds that mr. HonestAsianGuy did waste money and time on that movie before, but i still want to buy it. there is no perfect movie on the world, just worth or worthless.

Honestly, I thought this movie was a piece of crap. It was amateurish, the action was poorly staged, and it practically rips off every good martial arts picture. Thumbs down.

thanks, Ulrik. my friend got a germany version, it's region B locked, after ripping it to plackback on PS3, it would have some problem,
sometime, the video plack will stop for a while, the video is encoded with vc1, and no english subtitle. it's one of must to have ones. hope this version will be a nice one. waiting..
