Back cover says it's Region-Free and Single-Layer, but I cannot confirm.
Picture quality is good but not great. Detail is definitely above 480p and there are no major issues, but many shots look soft and fuzzy. If I had to guess, I'd say this is how the original negative looks as well.
Sound is good. Very clear with no obvious sync issues. There's a Korean DTS-HD and a French DTS-HD soundtrack.
Subtitles are only available in french and seem pretty decent.
I didn't see any extra features.

I wonder how good Bichunmoo could actually look with a proper transfer.
Guess we'll find out in july. TF1 don't usually disappoint when it comes to Blu-Ray.
