First up, this is not the release fans of this movie have been waiting for. The picture like the US and UK/AUS/French version is not of the quality we all are hoping for. I would place this between those two versions picture wise with the UK/AUS/French version just edging it out.

Audio wise I think this one sounds the best. It is a definite step up in terms of depth and clarity over the UK/AUS/French, but only marginally better than the audio on the US version.

I'll probably watch this version over the other 2 as the picture difference is only slight between the UK/AUS/French version and the audio is better on this one. So between the two uncut versions (this version is uncut - I checked all the key scenes) I'll choose this one, but overall we still need to wait for a definative version (assuming one can be had as it's really starting to look like a master issue).

I wouldn't recommend double dipping on this release unless you have the US version and must have the uncut version. Unlike the UK/AUS/French release this one is 100% Region A friendly.
