Oh, and those Dolby 5.1 tracks are TrueHD, and the extras on this set are very good as well. You get the full 2006 promo which actually is a third race not in the movie itself, but the best extra is a whopping 67 minute Making-Of, which is excellent.

OK. After comparing them on the computer there is no cropping difference whatsoever between the Kaze and the Manga UK BluRay, it's just that my TV shows the image slightly different. Weird...

Interestingly, this is a different transfer than the one uzed by Kaze. Both are excellent! The Kaze transfer is slightly less cropped than the Manga UK, but the Manga UK has the original (and far flashier) end credits.

Soundwise the Kaze has Japanese DTS-HD while the Manga UK has Dolby 5.1 (but an absolutely excellent Dolby 5.1 so don't cry too hard!), but the Manga UK has English subs and a Dolby 5.1 English dub which is also very good. Even though they are in a different language, the Manga UK subs are noticeably better than the Kaze ones, whichever one I checked, also because the Manga UK subs also translate the background comments.
