Hi, here's a BDInfo log from my brazilian Blu-ray of Akira:

As you can see, this version uses BD25 disc and there's no HD audio, only Dolby Digital for the three tracks, and the brazilian audio track has been resynchronized from another version (in some parts, the audio gets out of sync and they didn't quality checked it, at least on my previewing I have this problem around 1h33).
On the extras side, in HD we have 2 trailers, 2 teasers and 1 TV commercial (for some reason the TV commercial, 00005.M2TS, didn't appears in the log).
In SD, there's an interview with Otomo, Production Report Making Of, Music Making of, Video Remaster interviews, English Dub interviews and English audio muxing interviews.
All of the extras have brazilian portuguese subtitles.
