No English Subtitles No but the Blu-Ray FF VII AC is REGION FREE
I Just receive my copy today and no problem to run it on a Region B Player.

[通常版] = Regular edition, so I don't think the demo disc is included.

AV Watch currently only lists Japanese and English audio tracks, but no English subtitles.
