Manga uk have told me that, they are producing this dub with NYAV Post and Michael Sinterniklass and that this release will locked to region B exclusively
@tratious Part of our deal with Aniplex. We only have UK and Ireland rights. It'll be region locked to 2/B. Hopefully US disti will pick u.p
