It think this only means that some dialogues are in English. Why would they put a Mandarin track on a Finnish release?

Oh I am sorry I remembered wrong - only some dialogues are in English. I just watched the actual movie. The back cover says English audio and subtitles but this is incorrect also for the subtitles, only some of the dialogues are in English.
