Well unfortunately, the release date of Sept. 29 has passed and no online Spanish shop has gotten stock of this. It would appear that it has been delayed yet again, although no announcement has been made about such delay. I don't know what the problem with this release is but it just doesn't seem to want to come out

Will this be the Director's Cut or the Cut from the Miramax Blu-ray?

Well the website I ordered from has these specs:
Languages: TrueHD 5.1: Spanish, Chino, Hungarian.
Subtitles: Spanish, Búlgaro, English, Hungarian
So it appears this release may have a loseless Mandarin track and English Subs (the Spanish DVD had English subs as well). As to if it uses the American subs or the HK subs I don't know as I have never seen a review of the Spanish DVD. I will confirm everything when I have my copy in hand.

Now the same website is saying that after much delay, the new date set is September 23, 2009. As to if that will stick I do not know, but we shall see. Hopefully it will this time.

Truly hope this is the one with a decent transfer
