British Chungking Express release

On the same day as Ashes of Time, British label Artificial Eye will release Chungking Express. Could be a nice alternative for those with Region B players if Criterion Collection uses region encoding on their delayed release.

Criterion have stated in their initial press statement about going Blu that because they only possess the rights to their films in the US, they have decided to go ahead and region lock them.
Still they might have a change of heart. Blue-Underground don't own the rights to their catalogue outside the States and so far they haven't bothered to lock their titles.
