Chinese Language Lessons with the 20th Century Boys

I got my copy of Panasia Films' 20th Century Boys Chapter I Hong Kong Blu-ray Disc release today and stumbled upon something I though was a thing of the standard resolution past.
Probably for licensing reasons, the English subtitles are always displayed together with the Chinese ones! While this may be a great way to learn Japanese and Chinese while watching the film, I would have preferred 'pure' English subtitles, thank you!
The disc is locked to region A btw, so region B people will have to wait a bit longer for a playable version. Except for the little subtitle problem, PQ and AQ (Japanese LPCM 7.1 and DTS HD MA 7.1) of the disc are quite good. 35 full resolution screen shots are available in the gallery.
