Loading time improvements

Small notice: To (hopefully vastly) improve loading times and keep slower machines from crashing, I've decided not to load the full release list (currently about 820!) on the main site anymore. Instead, you can now select the country you want to see the release list for below the news and some small Ajax magic thingy dynamically shows you the releases after a few seconds of waiting. If you want to see all releases at once, just use an empty search in the filter form.
I've tested the new site with several browsers (it even works without JS) but if you face any errors or problems, please let me know.
