US release of Xam'd: Lost Memories coming soon?

And another positive and Blu-ray Disc related announcement from the just Otakon. Japanator reports that Sony Entertainment is currently preparing a US Blu-ray Disc (and DVD) release of Xam'd: Lost Memories (Bonen no Xamdou).
Over a year ago, Sony released the Studio BONES series on the PSN video store (see trailer below) with English subitles - and pretty messed up conditions. The first Japanese Blu-ray Disc release will hit the stores the day after tomorrow, but no further details (release date, number of episodes per disc etc.) have been announced for the US release yet.
