DVDTimes.co.uk has posted the cover artworks for Palisades-Tartan's much delayed Blu-ray Disc release of the three Korean classics, A Tale of Two Sisters, and Chan-wook Park's Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance and Sympathy for Lady Vengeance. All three discs will be released on November 2nd and are currently only available from/listed at HMV.co.uk.

DVD-Beaver has a comparison review up for the "Tales of Two Sisters" BluRay, and this release seems to be absolutely awful.
It loses on visual quality in a direct comparison with the Korean DVD, and is almost barebones (especially when compared with Tartan's own SE-DVD).

@djesteban
According to Palisades Tartan consultant Hugh K. David:

due to licensor issues, all are region B locked. HOWEVER, as I have said before in this thread and elsewhere on this forum, for those titles where Palisades own the US rights, do not be surprised if you see the same discs being scheduled in the US at some point in the future.

All six titles are HMV exclusives for three months; and Lady Vengeance is indeed the Fade-To-White/Black (depending on who you talk to).

Ulrik, are you sure they are going to be released in the U.S. also?? I'm not sure Tartan still have their U.S. satellite office... Anyway, I REALLY hope this will be sell in other places than HMV... what a lame store

@spotinhd
Probably Region B, but they will soon be released in the US as well.

Whats the region code on these titles? I ordered them once the pre-order was up but I have no idea what the region codes are.

Three films I adore. This is the best news of the year!
Does anybody know if the Lady Vengeance master will be any different from the one released by ems in Germany?
