Spirited Away HD footage on Disney's Snow White Blu-ray Disc

A keen eyed user from the Blu-ray.com forum has spotted a few seconds of HD footage from Hayao Miyazaki's Spirited Away in the bonus features of Disney Picture's Snow White Blu-ray Disc release. Hopefully this means that Disney will release Miyazaki's masterpieces on Blu-ray Disc together with Ponyo in March 2010.

Those screenshots are upscaled with some high resolution grain added after upscaling, just look at the edges of Chihiro on the first screenshot, the edges on her legs and her shoes are pretty evident. I hope that isn't what will be finally released in the actual BluRay.
The screenshots are full HD resolution, but the image quality does not reflect a fully processed HD image from a film like that (In fact, you can see scaling artifacts in those). I just purchased "Up" on Blu-Ray for $10 at Wal-Mart, and the preview for Ponyo showed outstanding image quality (The production quality of the trailer, however, was horrendously bad, but the few seconds of Ponyo shown look incredible).
Exquisite quality of the picture.
I was worried by previous mention of the movie being an 'upscale', however these screenshots have native hd resolution.
So will there be two versions of BD - one upscaled and one properly re-mastered probably later?
