Good news for fans of Takashi Miike (or Kyoko Fukada in a tight leather suit) that can't understand Japanese or French! HK based distributor Panorama announced to release Miike's live-action adaptation of Yatterman on Blu-ray Disc on April 30th with English subitles.

Ah, right, sorry about that. I was over-thinking it because it was in import. Sorry about that!
@u_nick
Hong Kong and USA share the same region, so every HK release will play on a US PS3.
AnimeOnBlu confirmed that the release is not region free: www.asianblurayguide.com
My copy showed up from YesAsia yesterday, and I watched tonight. Can confirm the region-free-ness (played on my US PS3 just fine), and also confirm straight English-only sub track.
oops, I thought it said Panasia
Thanks Ulrik. Just ordered a copy.
@Tratious
But DMC and and 20th Century Boys were released by Panasia Films, not Panorama.
I suspect that it will be like DMC and 20th Century Boys with English AND Traditional Chinese subs together but hey it's still cool they are adding them on I will probably pick this up.
