Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex Movies: Single Disc Releases in December

A few days ago, Bandai announced to release the three Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex movies, which are currently only 'available' in a ugly, expensive and out of print Blu-ray Disc boxset, as individual Blu-ray Discs.
The Laughing Man, Individual Eleven (compilation of the first two seasons/GIGS) and the sequel Solid State Society will hit the Japanese stores just in time for Christmas, on December 22nd. Just like in the box set, the individual releases will include English subtitles and the English dub.

Talking of Stand Alone Complex, Manga Entertainment UK made some statements on Twitter regarding an European Blu-ray Disc release of the series. According to them, the Japanese companys won't allow complete Blu-ray Disc box sets to be released outside of Japan, so Manga would have to release the series on individual volumes with about four episodes...
